To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old, or be purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide us is accurate and complete.
4. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Due to differences in screens and manufacturing, slight variations in colour or texture between what is shown online and the product you receive are normal and are not considered defects.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are listed in euros (€). We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to confirm your purchase at the correct price or cancel it. Payments are processed securely through our supported payment methods, including Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed once we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or pricing or stock errors.
7. Cancellations
Because all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched directly from our own stock as part of a fast-paced fulfilment process, cancellation requests can only be accepted within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, and our standard Returns process will apply instead. Approved cancellations are refunded within 7–14 business days.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Corvelle and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent. Any third-party trademarks referenced on our site belong to their respective owners.
